Warranty & Returns
Ahooga proudly guarantees the quality of our bicycles. For a period of 5 years, we stand behind each new bicycle frame and fork, covering defects in workmanship and materials. Proof of purchase is required. Additionally, other original components mounted on the frame and the paintwork, against corrosion from inside the frame and fork, are warranted for 2 years. However, it's important to note that our warranty does not extend to:
- Wear parts
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper assembly or follow-up maintenance
- Improper installation of parts or accessories
- Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or modification of the frame or components
Please be aware that Ahooga is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. If the damage falls outside the above-described warranty, we are still happy to assist you by providing replacement parts at market prices. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Your satisfaction is paramount to us. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt, and we will gladly provide a refund or an exchange. Shipment and Returns Policy Specifics:
Shipment Policy: Our shipment policy applies within EU countries. Please note that it is not applicable in the following regions: Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Albania, Switzerland, Turkey, Russia, Macedonia, and Montenegro.
Returns for Used Bicycles: For returns to be accepted, the bike must be in its original condition and considered "new," meaning it has been ridden for less than 100 km. If the bike has been ridden more than 100 km, we cannot accept the return, as it is considered used.
Reimbursement Process: Reimbursement will be processed only after Ahooga has evaluated the condition of all components. We are not responsible for any damages that occur during shipment. If any components are found to be damaged or used, we will evaluate the cost associated with those components and deduct the equivalent value from the purchase amount, reimbursing only the remaining portion.
Return Shipment Guidelines: To return a warranty bike or a product within our return policy, it must be shipped inside the original box and protected with bubble wrap. If the original box is no longer available, we recommend contacting our customer service to assess the shipment returning condition and agree on the appropriate packaging to ensure the bike's safe return.
